How it began
Last Updated: Nov 1, 2019
It all started when Faezrah, who is Sabahan Dusun, visited a village in her hometown in Keningau. The women in the village asked her for advice on how they could sell their produce to a larger market.
Having worked in Kuala Lumpur before returning to Kota Kinabalu, Faezrah knew that there were ingredients and types of food that she could never get back in peninsular Malaysia.
At the same time, she knew that there were eaters like her friend, Jeannette who would pay top dollar for food and drinks made with fresh and unique ingredients.
Was there a way to connect one to the other? Rural farmers to urban buyers?
